Do you replace our IT team?
Your choice. We can fully manage your IT, or work alongside an in-house team handling monitoring, security and after-hours cover so they can focus on higher-value work.
How fast is support?
We work to agreed response times (SLAs) based on severity, so urgent issues get jumped on. You'll know exactly what to expect before we start.
Is our data backed up and recoverable?
Yes — and crucially, we test it. Backups that have never been restored aren't backups. We rehearse recovery so you're covered when it counts.
Do you handle security too?
