About the Role

Zelescope is seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services via telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Zelescope products and services
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our offerings
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies
• Stay updated on Zelescope’s products, services, and industry trends

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Patient and persistent approach to sales
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales (not mandatory)
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Knowledge of the products/services offered by Zelescope

• Salary: Starting at 7,000 INR per month
